We will refund unused credit if requested.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days from the purchase date and we will provide a full refund of your unused credits. We reserve the right to take up to 7 business days to process any refund requests.
How to Apply for Refund?
To apply for refund, please send us an email on support@WhiteSMS.com with the Subject: Refund. Please include your name, company name, email address, the reason for wanting a refund and the Product Item Description in your email.
You will receive your refund using the payment method you used to purchase the credit. For example, if the original payment was made by credit card, we will credit the amount of your unused credit to that card.
Subscription Service/License for WhiteSMS Interact and Converse
For any subscription service, you can apply for a refund only within 7 days of making the purchase. The amount will be refunded to you after deducting the applicable service charge for the current billing month, at the time of Cancellation; plus Payment Gateway charges.
The SMS Packs you order from this website, can be refunded within 7 days of the purchase date. We will refund the amount after deducting the charge for any SMS sent from this pack; plus Payment Gateway charges. Standard charge will be deducted for the SMSs sent as per our Price Sheet.
Please note that used credits are not refundable.
Additionally after 7 days there are no refunds for Credit in your account.
